With the last of the ski lessons for the kid-bots out of the way, I can look forward to having the weekends back for some longer, harder efforts. I missed my long run on Sunday, but did make up for it on Monday, which was supposed to be a rest day. Half marathon on a treadmill is no bueno.
Overall things feel like they are progressing in the right direction. The weather in Seattle has been pretty atrocious, which means that I am spending way more time inside on trainers and treadmills than I would like. With the rapidly approaching first running race of the season, I would like to know whether indoor speed translates to outdoor speed.
