Training for week of Nov 3-Nov 9. My car was broken into on the evening of the 6th, rendering my ability to get my running done on the 7th and my swim on the 8th impossible. Groan.
As with my first week with Ben last year, the first week back into full training was a rude awakening to how soft I had become in the off season. Gladly I was not as soft as I had been when I started up last year.
Also, that 13.9mi run on the 9th was really 8 miles. The Garmin 405 battery died, and I didn’t reset the activity when I started pedaling on the 10th. So there’s about 15 minutes of bike data in there.
Weight at the end of the week was 175 lbs.
