Training Update–Week 48

This past week being Thanksgiving had a couple of things happen. Busy closing things out at work. Busy with family stuff. Busy eating.

So a few days were missed out this week, and there’s not much to report. The pool yardage is definitely starting to go up, and the workouts are getting harder. That’s always fun.

I’m mostly surprised about how long I am able to go with my runs. The 10.3 miles was pretty easy. It wasn’t fast meant to be fast, but I did expect to have a longer ramp period to get to a point where I was putting in those kind of miles in a single run. This coming week the run gets even longer, so we’ll see how that goes.
